Wedding Weekend Itinerary
Plus One Policy:
- Only those addressed by name on the invite are invited to attend; no plus-ones unless explicitly stated. Please don't ask for special permission.
Children Policy:
- Although we love kids, this special day will be adult-oriented. Therefore, only the small children of immediate family are invited to attend (this will be explicitly stated on your invitation if applicable to you). As for older children, due to space and budget limitations, please refer to your invitation to determine if we can accommodate your child.
- If you are unable to attend due to this policy, we will be happy to spend time with you when we next see each other. Please respect this policy and do not ask for an exception.
Communications
- Please READ and respond to all emails from Dana Lewis and Samantha Robertson promptly.
- Download WhatsApp before departing! The bride and groom will send out communication blasts to the group with important reminders and updates while in Mexico.

Unplugged Ceremony
- We kindly request that you silence or turn off all electronic devices,including phones, cameras, and tablets.
- Our professional photographers and videographers will be capturing all the special moments during the ceremony, so please relax and enjoy the ceremony without distractions.
- We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our wishes. We look forward to sharing photos and videos from the ceremony after the wedding. Thank you for being a part of our special day!
- You are more than welcome to take pictures and record at all other times of the day’s festivities.

- Beach Volleyball - Head over to the beach for a friendly game of beach volleyball. There are also many other fitness and wellness programs offered.
- Casa de Rosa - In this magical place you will be able to live a unique experience that will allow you to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of delicious aromas, comforting colors and folkloric sounds of a traditional Mexican home. Casa de Rosa offers activities that will allow you to learn more about Mexican culture, such as a cooking class where you will learn how to prepare traditional Mexican food. You can also take part in traditional Mexican games, such as lotería, balero or trompo.
- Spa Massage - Reconnect and find your inner peace with the ultimate pampering experience at The Spa by The Fives. The Spa offers a range of exceptional services work in synergy with your mind and body so you can find the restoration you seek.
- Video Games at the Teen Club - The Teens Club allows teenagers (ages 13 - 17) to enjoy various activities and entertainment, such as video games, foosball, pool, sports court, culinary experiences, and more.
- The Aluxitos Club - The Aluxitos Club is a kids playhouse that offers fun supervised activities, including an exclusive kid’s pool and playground area, fitness classes, arts and crafts, and video games, for kids ages 4-12.
